Varthana, India's largest school loan provider, needed a new headquarters that reflected its mission of making education accessible. Alottus inherited a bare-shell space with exposed beams and uneven floors — and chose to embrace these structural quirks rather than conceal them, weaving them into the design narrative as quiet focal points.

The entrance opens into a serene waiting lounge with an earthy palette, curated art, and lush greenery that immediately set a calming tone. Soft grey unifies floors and ceilings across open-plan workstations, while custom oak cabinetry integrates storage seamlessly into the architecture. A glass-enclosed conference room anchors the space with clean geometry and a linear wooden table. Natural light floods in generously through large windows, complemented by warm linear lighting after dark. Oak, walnut, and nature-inspired accents run throughout — from the kitchen to the washrooms crafting an office that feels as purposeful and grounded as the brand it houses.
